Federate
We link the architectural, structural and MEP models into a single Navisworks federation on your shared coordinates.
Run clash tests
Clash tests by discipline pair, hard and soft, with tolerances set so the report is real conflicts, not noise.
Issue & track
A prioritised clash report with viewpoints and IDs, logged and assigned so nothing gets lost between rounds.
Resolve to sign-off
We re-model, re-run and re-issue until the federation signs off clean and the resolution log is closed.

Each line is a fixed-fee deliverable, scoped on a free 30-minute consult, no hourly meter, no "request a quote" black box. We work under your NDA, in your standards, and you own every native file. We draft to your engineer of record's specifications; the engineering responsibility stays with them.

Scope it
A free 30-minute call with the Principal. We agree the disciplines, the LOD and a fixed fee before any work begins.
Model & coordinate
Your template and worksets. We model to the engineer's design intent and run the clash loop until it's clean.
Founder review
The Principal Architect reviews the coordination and drawings before they leave the studio. Judgement travels with the file.
Deliver
On the date agreed, native files plus PDF, with one revision round built in and your IP handed over in full.

Are you the engineer of record? +
No. We are a design-led BIM studio, not an engineering firm. We produce coordination models and production drawings drafted to your engineer of record's specifications and calculations. We don't size systems, stamp drawings or take engineering responsibility.
Which disciplines do you model? +
Mechanical, electrical and plumbing, plus fire protection where you need it, modeled in Revit MEP to your standards and the engineer's design intent.
How do you run clash coordination? +
We federate the discipline models in Navisworks, run clash tests by discipline pair, issue a prioritised clash report, and track each item to resolution with your team until the model signs off clean.
Can you produce the drawings, not just the model? +
Yes. We produce mechanical drawings, plumbing drawings and electrical sheets, plans, risers, sections and schedules, straight from the coordinated model, in your title block and sheet structure.
