Each line is a fixed-fee deliverable, scoped on a free 30-minute consult, no hourly meter, no "request a quote" black box. We work under your NDA, in your standards, and you own every native file.

Scope it
A free 30-minute call with the Principal. We agree the sheets, the standard and a fixed fee before any work begins.
Draft
Your template, title block and layers. We draw it the way your studio would, with checkpoints if you want them.
Founder review
The Principal Architect reviews the set before it leaves the studio. Judgement travels with the file.
Deliver
On the date agreed, native DWG plus PDF, with one revision round built in and your IP handed over in full.

Before you brief us.
Can you convert PDFs or scanned drawings to editable CAD? +
Yes. We rebuild PDFs, paper scans and images as clean vector DWG on your layer standard, to scale, so you get an editable drawing rather than a traced picture.
Will you follow our layer and CAD standard? +
Yes, that's the point. Send your template and layer convention and we draw to it. If you don't have one written down, we reconstruct it from two or three of your past sets and confirm it with you first.
How do redline pickups work? +
Send your marked-up PDFs and we action every redline on the live DWG, keeping your layers and sheet structure intact, then return native files plus a PDF for check.
What formats do you deliver? +
Native DWG plus PDF by default, and we keep your sheet structure, blocks and title block exactly as your studio uses them. Other formats on request.
