Targets: shop drawing services
Shop drawing services, with millwork and joinery a specialty.
Fabrication-ready shop drawings for millwork, joinery, doors, windows and metalwork, drawn to your details and finishes schedule. Our interiors-heavy portfolio means cabinetry and joinery are where we are strongest, and every set is reviewed by an architect before it goes to the trades.

E How we work on this
From your details to a fabrication set, with a Principal on it.
Scope it
A free 30-minute call with the Principal. We agree the typologies, the standard and a fixed fee before any work begins.
Detail it
Your details, finishes and title block. We draw to fabrication level and query anything ambiguous before the trades do.
Founder review
The Principal Architect reviews the set before it leaves the studio. Judgement travels with the file.
Deliver
On the date agreed, native files plus PDF, with one revision round built in and your IP handed over in full.
F Is this a fit?
A studio partner, not the cheapest hour on the internet.
A good fit if…
- You need fabrication drawings from a team that knows interiors and joinery.
- You have design details and want them turned into buildable shop drawings.
- You would rather a fixed fee per typology than an hourly black box.
- You value a senior set of eyes on the work before it reaches the trades.
Probably not, if…
- The only thing that matters is the lowest possible hourly rate.
- You want us to design the millwork from scratch with no detail.
- You would skip the founder review to save a day, it is the point.
G Questions
Before you brief us.
What typologies do you draw shop drawings for? +
Millwork and joinery are our specialty, given our interiors-heavy portfolio, alongside doors and windows, metal and steel, and architectural fittings. If it gets fabricated to a detail, we can draw it.
Do you work from our design details? +
Yes. We draw to your design details, finishes schedule and specifications, and flag anything that reads ambiguous before the fabricator does. We don't redesign, we detail what you've designed.
How is a shop drawing set priced? +
As a fixed fee per typology, agreed on the brief call, so a millwork package or a door and window schedule has a known price before we start rather than an open-ended hourly meter.
What does the fabricator actually get? +
Dimensioned plans, elevations and sections, joinery and hardware details, material and finish call-outs, and cut lists where a trade needs them, in your title block and native format.
